    I work with a lot of first-time founders and small brands. We usually start with one style so you can understand the process before committing to more. If you’re open, communicative, and ready to move step by step, we’ll get along just fine.

  • There’s no fixed MOQ; but there are rules.

    Some styles can be done in small runs, some can’t. It depends on fabric, construction, wash, and where production makes the most sense. I’ll explain what works and what doesn’t so you don’t waste money forcing the wrong setup.

Hi, this is Tran.
Some of my earliest memories are sitting beside my grandma, watching her finish garments with so much care. That was the moment I fell in love with the process — not the fashion, but the craftsmanship. Today, after 20+ years working across sourcing, fit, sampling, and production, I bring that same level of care to the brands I work with. I take the pressure off your shoulders so you can spend your time on other parts of your business such as: designing, selling, connecting with customers, or even taking a week to breathe and travel.
